Our Company has been in existence since August 9, 2002, and its founder and only shareholder is the "Monument – Children’s Health Center” Institute.

“PATRON” Sp. z o. o. has been registered in the Register Court in Warsaw, XX Economic National Court Register Department under number KRS 0000 130 765.

The object of the Company’s activity is:

• operating hotels and gastronomical facilities
• managing real estate (immovable properties)
• purchasing, selling, and renting real estate on its own account
• performing general construction work related to erecting buildings
